psanga_sur^~ 5601 blog postsSolapur MP has given letter to railway minister to start new train between Bangalore and New Delhi via. Hubali, Bijapur, Solapur, Bhusaval. In the letter, it is stated that 12627/28 runs jam packed. Passengers not getting tickets even 3 months before.
In the reply of that, RM stated that instructed officers to make survey of route and if passenger traffic is more then we will definitely start new train on the route you have suggested.

UBL-Daund Via Pune is 635km where as UBL-Daund Via SUR is 545km total of 90km difference which might be hardly 2.3hours extra journey if trains choose Via pune the same extra 90km route now KSK,Chandigarh and other North trains using ignoring GDG-BJP-SUR route.In this SUR div also culprit as it not giving much priority to this Section trains.And this route is of less MPS which is gift of IR to this section ppl which took years together to complete GC of this Section with Less MPS low Quality GC work.
12649/12650 has RSA with 12629/12630 (5 days + 2 days respectively)
RSA should be removed, and 3 extra rakes should be given.......
1 rake for making 12649/12650 daily.....as its slot is vacant on remaining 2 days.....and there is demand for making it daily
2 rakes for 12629/12630, which will run on present route as bi-weekly......and bi-weekly via Gadag

And i am Sure KSK Biweekly via GDG-SUR-Daund will be having less Running Time and Km compared UBL-MRJ-PUNE route Biweekly train but at the end RB should Know this well and start KSK biweekly via GDG-SUR-Daund to Delhi.
It will avoid 2 loco reversals and saves 2-3 hrs journey time as trains were detained at Pune & Daund due to unavailability of platform an path on single line section.
Yeah and 2 to 3 hours is very precious one in travel of so long journey from Bengaluru to Delhi..Hope RB understand the same and run KSK atleast for trial of one month initially to check this sections passenger traffic to Delhi but with good convinient timings for this section cities..
