hai everybody...
i've booked train tickets in railway reservation counter in secunderabad, and very unfortunately tickets are lost. and the question is , how can i get back the train tickets, what is the actual procedure and process, kindly can anyone help me out from ths ????

go 2 d nearest PRS, with ID proof and inform them about d tkt lost... and if u remember d PNR no prove else no problem, they chk based on d name and train no. and after veryfying with u d passenger / traveller list they will provide duplicate tkt. The min. charge is Rs.20.00 ( if d date of travel is more than a day)
.If the loss of confirmed/RAC ticket is reported before the preparation of the reservation chart, duplicate ticket will be issued on the collection of the clerkage charge per passenger. If the loss of confirmed/RAC ticket is reported after the preparation of the reservation chart, duplicate ticket will be issued on the collection of the 50% of the fare . No duplicate ticket will be issued after the preparation of reservation chart in case of RAC ticket . Loss of tickets be reported to railways immediately to prevent fraudulent refunds on lost tickets.
You have to go the PRS counter and you can apply for duplicate tkt by paying nominal charge
