name of those trains having ISO certification? what are the requirements for getting these certificates, is timely arrival a criteria?

ISO 9001 trains are based on some factors. These include facilities and maintenance of this facilities. To add in further detail; rake maintenance (Hardware- Coach-seats/berths, amenities likes Fans, ACs, Switches etc., sign boards), cleanliness (Overall including Cabins, Curtains, Mirrors, Toilets, Wash Basins, Sign Boards), Facilities (Dining, Charging etc.), Record Keeping etc. etc.
