Or much better option is renaming KR as WCoR and extend this zone upto UBL division of SWR and PGT and TVC divisions of SR :)

Ha ha Good Idea but You should know Operational cost of KR and its Dues at present on IR. I think some days back i talk on same issue in some other blog about amalgmating KR into Other Zones and its conditions I dnt remember blog name right now

KR have Huge Dues so whichever Zone Includes it they have to take responsibilty to pay off it. So their are plans going on SWR & CR going to Distribute it and consider into their zones. from Ratanagiri to Panvel CR might take and from downwards Ratnagiri-Thokur SWR can take it

That's a good decision but I afraid that CR might ignore Ratnagiri section like they does PNVL-ROHA section until they don't declare it as a new division.

I dont think CR will neglect part of coastal Maha it will take it. And if at all its not interested to take then may be the Complete Kr section will be under SWR itself. Now making New Zone funding for that etc etc necesary things it will be not easy so railways avoiding more Zone creations instead they can be added to nearest of interested zones.
