Need some healthy discussion on this "1 State/Region 1 Zone" policy. Consider the following:
State Name = Zone Allocation
Maharashtra = CR
Karnataka = SWR
Goa, Coastal Karnataka,Kerala= KR
Tamilnadu
...
more...
= SR
Telangana = SCR
Gujarat = WR
Rajasthan = NWR
Punjab,Haryana,Himachal Pradesh,Chandigarh,J&K,Delhi = NR
Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh = NER & NCR combined
Bihar = ECR
Jharkhand = SER
Odisha = ECoR
West bengal & Sikkim = ER
Whole North East region = NFR
Andhra Pradesh = A New Zone
Chhattisgarh = SECR
Madhya Pradesh = WCR
A single zone for single whole state. Is this feasible?
And what will be the positives and negatives of this zone division ?

My basic point is 1st KR should be provided full autonomy and be under direct control of RB just like rest other zones.
KR should be developed and capacity should be increased.
