Please flag this imaginary train since it will provide a much needed morning intercity connection from Jodhpur to Agra which is a route well patronized by foreign tourists and hence this train also has a 1AC coach along with 2 3AC and 2 AC CC Coaches. Will be very popular with ample AC accomodation and with a 64 km/h average, will also be a pretty fast train as well.
Will First AC be popular, even with foreign tourists, for short distances in a day train?
1st AC will be top choice for foreign tourists
Also JU Agra is heavily patronized by all kinds of Indian tourists and 1AC is much more comfortable than probably a car ride
If 12813/4 can run with 1 whole 1AC, why not this :)

Your way of thinking maybe on the right track. However, I think the reason why 12813/12814 has First AC is because of the captive demand of Tata Executives as Jamshedpur does not have commercial flights
