Senior Citizen female age 70, this person doesnot have any ID proof,
booking for this person in Reservation Counter can we avail Conession on Senior citizen category.

you have to provide the proof of his age through any document provided by some govt. authority.

You can book a ticket without ID, but you need while travelling. So if you know that by the time of travelling you can get any ID then only book the ticket under SS.
