I have a querry regarding the the Wait List Tickets.
What i want to know is that Which Category of Travellers are preferred, General Category Waitlist or Tatkal Category Waitlist while alloting seats at the Chart Preparation?

Unbooked tickets of the various other quota like HO/Yuva/Defense etc, will be used to clear which waiting list first?GNWL or WL-CK first?
waiting for the expert comment on this issue...here i wanna know whom indian railway serve first??then one who has booked well in advance or the one who has paid some extra money??

Tatkal wait list is considered from tatkal only. that is if any tatkal ticket is cancelled, the vacant seat will go to tatkal waiting list. It does not affect normal waiting list.
