As informed by the workers there, it failed the tests and never came into service....It was clicked in 2011

i thought of transformers after looking at this. Wrought iron truck turns Optimus Prime similarly this will be huge autobot robot if transformed haha :D
It looks scary as well becuase we see locos with the number,type,shed etc written on it.This is totally empty and rusty and looks much more bigger than what we see daily and main thing it is parked in a jungle just with trees.
Probably that's only an empty shell. It is possible that the engine has been removed.
