Feeling bored in the Train - talk to a RailFan. You'll WISH the train gets late.

Hi,
Hope everyone knows Tarikere Junction(TKE) is the which is in between SBC-SMET route.
One thing I observed, Name says TARIKERE JUNCTION, But there is no Diversion from mainline(SBC/RRB - SMET) to any other place/destination.
I heard/Read some where that, in the MG ages there was goods train traffic from KUDREMUKH-BHADRAVATHI(BDVT).

above statement, Was there any diversion from TKE?
If anything wrong, Please correct me and Possible share your views towards "JUNCTION?".
And i request fellow blogger's to mention other stations If any with similar issue.
