If you really are a fan of speeds and the loco sounds and horns then this is the only train you have to travel b/w SBC-MYS.
Based on my experience, this train performs speeds of 80-100 kph or sometimes 110 kph especially before Ramnagaram and after Bidadi which obviously means between these two stations. If this train arrives SBC early then you can witness the speeds. Trust me this can reach before the schedule when it is not late after the arrival from DWR to SBC. And sometimes this train arrives MYS in just 2 hrs and not more than that. Just shared my experience. Hope you all found it useful. Cheers!

Because the substation of Bidadi is running at full capacity and the one at Yeliyur is not ready and no availability of electric Locos
