If AP zone is going to be formed /blog/post/2926093 and then SCR will be divided. Then should NED division also be taken out of SCR and be with CR?

Then what for did you say that MP parts should be under CR in reply 1?
A large number of zones and divisions have been created mostly on political considerations rather than on organisational/operational requirements of IR. So the boundary lines of various divisional & Zonal HQs should be redrawn to meets the present requirements.
Thanks. Finally someone, who knows what he is talking about and not just doing flip-flops with each comment and blabbering non-sense to increase blog count and get a place in "lists".
I am bit confused now. NED should go with CR, believing my one state one zone policy will work hand in hand, But when we see cleaner trains/stations of SCR, it is better NED to stay with SCR.
