no its not correct.i have myself got telescopic fare as follows
tkt from hwh to kpd
hwh to mas by hwh chennai mail in 3a and then mas to kpd in cc of brindavan express. i had to pay fare of 3a for entire journey. in case of telescopic fares the price of higher class is to be paid for the entire journey. but as far as i know no telescopic fares in shatabdi, jan shatabdi. rajdhani, duronto, garib rath and yuva express. may be thats why the clerk could not give the...
