Hi I want to know under the following situation:
My train starts from station A
I do my e ticket from station A, but boarding point as Station B, (Because seats are available from Station B quota, but not from station A)

No, not unless u take a fresh ticket(Whichever Class u intend to travel) from Stn A to B.(even then your seat (same one) is not guarenteed till Trn reaches Stn B)
