when ever we dial 139 and ask for arival time. they ask for train number.when we type the correct train number the 139 say it is a invalid train number. many time same thing is happening the train # is 12082 jan shatabdi. alway says invalid train number. the number is printed in the ticket is same. how to go ahed of this. very critical time it happens. we are not able to get the arrival plat form. you call center is not able to give the station telephone number.
please solve our problems. it all ways happens.
