12311 Kalka Mail...What will be the chances of the train to reach Kalka on right time on 08th Morning of this month ? The Train departs from HWH on 06th at 19:40Hrs...

It entirely depends on Fog. Normally kalka mail reaches Kalka timely, even if Leaves Delhi late by 1 hour.
good news is that since last 4-5 days there is no Fog in NCR. so hope atleast for 2 more days there is no fog. and you reach your destination on time.
