As you all are aware that old age people how face problems in train to climb Upper berths. so this is my suggestion which needed your help by voting. Kindly poll.

TTE has to give authority to change berth for SR.Citizens and Ph.Hanicapped to Lower and it must obeyed by passengers.(TTE to try in same coach)

At time of booking automatically all Lowers blocked for Sr.Cititzes until chat preparation. after that berth numbers should be alloted to others.

fir normal category walo ke liye to nuksan hi hoga . hum chahe to bhi hume window seat nahi milegi. jisko lower birth chahiye usko asle seat milni chahiye day time me.
ha bilkul kuchh suvidhye normal category walo ke liye bhi chahiye. warna hame to kabhi window seat milegi hi nahi.
