i have question, how does the engine driver know at what speed to drive at a particular time, say when main through line is not available and train has to move through loop line. how is it communicated to train driver so as to adjust the speed?

Two yellow isnt just home signal concept!!
In Electric Territory, with per KM Auto Signalling, the routes are full of Two Yellow, even three point signal too can be seen, mainly before small station (as the signalling in station premise stay manual)!!
N if its single yellow beeping, then the other will be red (not dead), as signal can either b yellow, red r green!!
