Bahut jaroori h future m rail development ko dekhte hue..Yhi haal konkan railway ka bhi h..Bahut traffic h vha p
It's policy feasibility matter. Initial goal to provide rail connectivity then electrify the route so once doubling been sanctioned then along with doubling electrification also be done.
Actually its important now ..but what more important is more stations BTW udhampur and svdk ..

Actually sir ...development is done step by step and according to need ..
Just like a single lane road is made then four lame and finally more if needed ..else initial investment sometimes costs very much and not feasible as some routes give loss ..so that's y this orocesdure is done ..

Fir bhi sabko pata tha ki Katra ka traffic badhega...Katra me pit lines bhi kam hain 8-10 pit lines honi chahiye thi..Aur atleast jammu katra ka planning doubling ka hina tha suru se hi..
