But always remember that if you're not an Influential People in Railways or dont know someone & also doesnt have some very strong reasons for travelling with proper evidence,then its almost impossible to get ur tickets confirm through HO.
The DRM office is situated in same premise of SBC.I have no idea about any Dropbox available there.But you can give your request to DRM orSr DRM office for consideration.
