if u have taken u r tkt across d counter ? plz go 2 d nearest PRS counter and cancel. Incase if it is E- tkt booked from u r personal ID, login in 2 u r ID and cancel it... If u r e-tkt is bkd by agent then go 2 d that agent and cancel d tkt. he will refund d amount after deducting his charges, this is in addition to IR's cancelation charges
