Recently travelled by this train from Chennai to NZM on 9/12/2011...Would like to share some salient points of my journey..:
The train though having old ICF coaches dirty from outside was strikingly clean from inside...The train left MAS bang on time and reahed all the intermediate station well before or on time...Due to early reaching was forced to wait at the outer at nagpur,agra and few more stations.One more thing i found was the pantry staff which was really courteous and the food provided was fresh, hot and mostly tasty.The train overtook many express train and managed an average speed of about 80kmph or so throughout...I have also travelled in the MAS duranto on the same sector which was really below my...

expectations in terms of cleanliness(very dirty washrooms), food and also the pantry staff who are not so helpful...All in all i would prefer to go by this train overlooking the only drawback of old coaches...But truely Rajdhani's are kings on any given day....
