Chances of AC Express and transfer of existing rake of Rupashi Bangla hangs in mid. Planned in Feb, 2017 this plan hasn't seen light yet. In place of Rupashi Bangla, an AC Express was supposed to run between Purulia and Howrah via ASN. The existing rake of Rupashi Bangla was planned to run between Bokaro and Howrah. DRM ASN has not said anything new about the plan. "ASN-BURN section is very busy to take any load further."
GM SER said,"Demand towards Kolkata from Bokaro is low and hence no transfer is going to take place."
