According to me 2133 has more chances. You can book for both 2619 and for 2133 and if 2619 gets confirmed then you can cancel the other one. If 2619 remains WL then you can try luck for 2133.

yes both the tkts can be booked because this tkt is not going to confirm before charting...it may only confirm when berths from unused quotas are released...as charts for matsyagandha will be prepared in the noon...you can plan accordingly
