Are you sure With Eloco it takes 15 mins for deacceleration & Acceleration of this trian? If it skips Ratlam what is the speed limit provided in station area for passing trains @ Ratlam?
I don't have idea about Ratlam regarding it's speed limit.
Only and only if it's speed limit is 25kmph then only you can say that only halt time would add as it has to slow down in either way.

I feel nagda is uesless, for ratlam its quite ok maybe due to some technical halts
