Could you justify why you have changed the date of inaugural, sir? I believe I have provided conclusive evidence in /blog/post/2879311 regarding the origins of this train.
Another member has also posted the snapshot from the relevant parliamentary debate in /blog/post/3075029, where it is explicitly mentioned that the 'North Bengal express will be renamed to Darjeeling mail from April 1st'.
