I booked one e-ticket for a journey from Bhubaneswar to Bokaro Steel City on 9/12/2011. However I did not perform the journey as the train was running 14hrs.30 minutes behind the schedule and filed a TDR giving reason of more than 3 hrs. late running.Only Rs.1491/- has been refunded against a booking amount of Rs. 2985/- Can anybody help and suggest what can be done to get full refund.
Rest 50% should be refunded within 90 days. Kindly drop a mail to IRCTC stating your concern.
write to care@irctc.co.in stating that its a full refund ticket, also if possible produce a certificate from concerned SM stating that the train was behind schedule for more than 3HRS.
