He might be Incling the issue of Route slelection from MYS- Pune for MYS-UDZ train and ths HS can be run via GTL-BAY-BJP-SUR-PA route means it will be useful for this Section as their are no HS or such premium trains on this section yet compared to present Route given to MYS-UDZ train between SBC/YPR to Pune now.
