Pradyu sir... Expenses are too less... that includes Rs 10 + few postage costs...
They generally takes long time to respond and keeps sending regretion email for making delay... And finally reply came.. It was good.. .but yet I raised query with non satisfying or incomplete answer and now I am hoping final conclusion will be in next month or so...
Inbetween, They have augmented 56 trains with more than 2 SL coaches after application as the WL was more than the rule mentioned. I was informed the same in written...

Please sir, don't worry. In my opinion side lower berths in 2A are very comfortable.
to certain extent ok during day time but during night ask any one who is above 5.5 ft he will have the worst time stretching his legs and people brushing him at station where they board.single sitting seat is enjoyable during day
