Do you want 12860/12859 Gitanjali Express,HWH CSMT HWH,which is operated by SER but have RSA with Jagannath Exp and the Rake belongs ECoR,to be independent from RSA and get a SER based LHB rake?

I have travelled in Gitanjali in all the classes. So I know the situation. The CC of the train is the same for how many years I forgot. 2 each of 2A and 3A
Such a prestigious train should always get a dedicated rake. For this if change in slot is required, then so be it.
How about a new RSA with 12809/10 like Coromondal has with Chennai Mail?

If dedicated rake is given then we don't have to worry about slot change . It will have its own rake and can run freely in its own slot . Rather when RSA is there then slot problems arises.
But won't it be a problem to start at 13:50 after reaching HWH at 12:30?
There will be 3 4 rakes if Gitanjali gets them so it won't be a problem..
