remaining work will complete in may June before monsoon
The delay if occur will be due to electrification and signal cabling etc works
Also CRS will not be as comprehensive as in case of passenger section is concerned as it not involves passenger safety, only goods.
As far as I observe the bhaupur (CNB) to Mgs section, except levelling work at many places, no work happened before Feb 2017.
But after Feb, the work gathered pace.
Now the Ald Mgs is mostly levelled, with ballast material laid at most places, pool works nearing completion at most rivers/ nallahs. But sadly at both ends Manauri to Karchhana bypass(detour) in West side and 25 kms work in Chunar mgs section, progress is not even 15%.
Also, only ROB/RUB etc work is still progress in bhaupur Manauri (Ald) section) with soil levelling and ballast formation done at many places but very few tracks laid.
