prashanti and amaram are a high priority because they are given that priority over other trains due the ghat section that it has to traverse through between GNT-NDL stretch...
once the home of naxals and all of the station are of halt type without any loop for crossings other than the big stations hence RB gave that priority ...and the same is continuing even after the stretch became normal and all the halt stations got converted to stations with proper loops ...
