Humsafar trains are really not helping common man. SF/Mail/Exp are needed.

Is the one running, a superhit getting them profit ? What about other HS trains. Many are flops. So let them use those rakes for increase in frequency, if this one is superhit.

My response was meant for the 1st option, by which (I think) you want to indirectly convey that IR is biased in rake allocation
