We have W/L 1 and 2 for 1/1/2012 in AC 2 t in 12723 AP Ex. Will it got confirmed? Can anybody tell me?

Can I purchase 2nd AC Unreserved ticket from Ticket Window and request tte to Give a birth?
You need to purchase a 1st class ordinary/2nd class mail or express ticket and then approach the TTE for 1A/2A/3A berth(s). If available the TTE will allot the berth(s) to you. He may collect the difference in fare.
Regarding the difference in fare that I have mentioned I don't have exact knowledge regarding its rule. Please verify the rule from some authentic source.
Diff in fare=
Actual charge ( inclusive of reservation charges) - the gen ticket fare ( here the only option is to get a gen ticket )
