You're Partially Incorrect.
Vikramshila Departs From PF 3 Only Whether It Be RT Departure Or Rescheduled Departure. Even When It used to depart heavily rescheduled (by around 10 hours or more), it departed from PF 3.
The person Who changed the PF never ever travelled recently by this train, it was just one of his countless false updates based on his own liking /perception and I don't know when the Monitor also saw the Departure from PF 1 (regularly) that he voided/ignored my correct TL.
