#Atlasmonitor. There is a mistake in our atlas. It is indicated as straight line from Takkolam to Arakkonam is under electrification. This is wrong. This line will never be electrified as it is situated near INS Rajali (Naval station) and navy has opposed electrification of this line. Navy has asked railways to divert the line. So railways is constructing new line (round about line) which starts from Takkolam and joins at Melpakkam. This line will be electrified.
So round about line must be updated as "Construction single electric line"
