To stay with Vinay and what he says about water refilling, it doesn't happen at any stations, for eg.In HWH-gaya-NDLS route , water are filled only @ Mughal Sarai for rajdhani and Mughal Sarai and Kanpur and patna(2303/2304) for Poorva Express while for Kalka Mail, it is done at Kanpur ,MGS. So its really surprising how in Duronto water is consumed so fast , 1 reason could be shorter tank size but still it should be filled in MGS both side. In fact other trains dont run into scarcity of water as they are positively filled in considering the passenger travelling is of high density and more stoppage means more persons on transit.

at MGS tend to think it might not need water as no person on transit other than the end to end ones and the water would be consumed less than the other stoppage enabled trains so they dont feel the urge to definitely fill the tanks at MGS.
And about amenities on Premium service availability, do we get all civic amenities; we dont and fi we dont get we generally calll on the ward councilor, we dont call on the Chief minister of the state straightway.And we are of the opinion that as a part of the ward , we should be given all amenities at first call only.
I agree we wont get our problems solved if we report our problems in the arriving station but atleast the next run of the trains are problem free; may be when u return on the same train , u'll find that the last problem doesn't exists at all.

Sabyasachi> what you are saying makes no meaning to me. You mean Railway Minister is not responsible for lack of amenities on the train? That she is not responsible if there is no water on a train? Why does a minister resign if there a train accident..does the minister drive the train? And why say that if there is lack of civic amenities do we go to the Chief Minister..we do not but the Chief Minister is responsible and has to give answers about it! It is a fact that Mamata is more interested in staying in Bengal rather than doing any work in Rail Bhavan in Delhi. If all responsibilities are with railway staff only, then there is no need of a Minister sitting and taking all the perks. Mamata has to take interest in passenger facilities and take action..not give meaningless speeches. Please do not expect passengers just telling...

railway staff and think everything is resolved. And, there is no meaning in saying if we expect Mamata to come to our house to ask if we are diabetic patients!! First let her attend Rail Bhavan at the bare minimum!!
