Where can I complain regarding refunds from IRCTC..I partially cancelled (one passenger) a ticket on 07/03/2018..On 09/03/2018 I received a mail from IRCTC that my refund is processed and will reflect in my bank account in 5-7 business days..But I am yet to get the refund in my bank account..And status in IRCTC site is shown as REFUNDED..What to do??
Wait for 3 working days from the day on which the status were marked as Refunded.
Then write to IRCTC . Plus cross check with your bank again with the refund reference no.
These days refunds are reflected late. I also cancelled a ticket on 5/3 Irctc said refunded on 7/3 but money was received in my account on 14/3 at 2030 hrs.
