Timings between Gadag-BGK make as 1.30 and between BGK-BJP same 1.35 and you took SUR-DD 3 hours its more for If this is SF train then these journey timings to be less make SUR-DD 2.45 by this you will reduce 10+5+15=30 min Journey time which was slack Remaining beyond DD i am not familiar as i didnt travel thier.
