I traveled from NZM-MAS by Duro No:12270 on 10/01 which started with a delay of 2 hours from NZM and reached MAS with a delay of 5 hours.(?) Due to this late arrival I missed my connecting train No:06009 (MAS-Quilon ) for which I got confirmed e-Ticket. Now I want to cancel my e-ticket. Please inform me How to cancel, How much refund I am eligible. I got the late arrival certificate for Duro at MAS counter. Thank you.
