i would like to know what changes have been made in kgp tata, chakradharpur and rourkela regions to facilitate night running of the trains and what took the one of the world's largest organisations so long(more than a year)to implement those changes...can passengers travel in those regions during night without any fear?what security in excess has been provided to prevent further such mishaps?
if the only change made is speed restriction, then that could have been made even 19months ago...why now?once in my trip to guwahati i saw all the railway bridges were guarded round the clock by army...i was mighty impressed...so what about our east coast railway?
i am sorry...east coast railway must be read as south eastern railway..
its the political situation which were holding up matters rather than a security issue. now it seems the matters have been settled by the parties and hence the run for regular schedule. we, as mute spectators, keep watching silently the show. so many train derailments have happened elsewhere in other states, due to various terror/state separatists movements but nowhere they have rescheduled trains till this long. we are forced to travel according to the whims and fancies of RMs ruling the ministry. there is no consumer organization who questions these whimsical acts but prefer PILs on flimsy and utterly useless grounds. hope truth realizes on us.
