Need help. I have booked 2 tickets in 13430 from PNBE to BGP in 2A on 22/04/2018. With the trends running for this train seems it will be late by more than 3 hrs from source itself. So How do I proceed. Should I go ahead and Cancel the ticket or file TDR for the same.

When you cancel it irctc automatically show SOMETHING LIKE THIS " that the train is delayed by more than three hours and you will get full refund"(if the train status has been updated on NTES) PLS BE SURE BEFORE CANCELLING
Since your train is on 22 april so i advise you pls cancel it now if you want to cancel bcz it you are talking about probablity of getting late more than 3 hours.you may loss mote money if ur train is not late more than 3 hours
Thnx for the help, but one more query as ny ticket is from PNBE at 14:00 and the train starts from ANVT at 17:10. If reschedulled, when should i cancel the ticket as PNBE is a Remote Quota and Charting Station.
Actually you have to see ntes if ntes is showing more than 3hrs late in pnbe then you will get full refund if you cancel.since your tkt is from pnbe then delay will be considered from pnbe not anvt
