1. I think if someone is gonna earn money from this site then its natural that the site can ask them to pay for helping them earn.
2. All those who post YouTube videos can't be asked since they never get many views to pay. But certainly those who have a lot of subscribers and get lot of views from IRI too, can be asked.
3. But since Moderator doesn't ask, then those who earn from the videos can come forward and help on their own. Whatever they wish.

Yes if moderator sir gives a platform to volunteer... surely those who are benefited from IRI will surely do this..but moderator sir have to take care equally of monitor and admin..so that they don't feel cheated of their hard work...
Just like Paytm and "confirm ticket app" are allowing to book ticket..if IRI also allows us to book ticket then that will be a revolutionary step ....
Moderator can introduce ticketing with chat .who have no idea in which train he should book ticket then he can ask through chat options and he wil pay voluntarily
