Why Karnataka hasnt enough population to fill vacant job seat? Or they lack talent and are depending on migrants for talent?
No. Very good conducive environment for industries and companies. So states like yours, which are hostile to any business, send their unemployed here.
See mistakes happen from all zones. But that will help to maintain cleanliness, Hope that improves. I have not traveled in this train no idea, but truth about migrants is true. They even don't like new name Bengaluru(took from Kannada wordings) and stick to old name Bangalore.
