Can administrators of this site say why tips about lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance of a particular train be posted as a train tip? Admin piyush Singh said only positive aspects of a train could be posted as tips. But they why is tips? If negative are also mentioned then people will come to know about and they could avoid it rather than suffering? Please tell whether there's any rule that only positive info about a train could be posted as tip
