Well, i have just checked entry of other person, with WL 8, 9,10, 11, 12 for the same train!!!
It were the same post chart preparation!!!
This PNR request is @ same time to that request, means chart has been prepared!!!!!
& when he is asking when is chart going to be prepared, most probably he is looking for today's train schedule!!!!

y i mentioned no chance!!!!
I have some logic & when in rush, people need rough idea, not PNR Analysis!!!
& kindly, dont enforce me multiple times as what to say or not to say!!!!!
I dont offer some1 dreams, when there isnt any chance.
Better he can try out other options!!!!

check the final status of that pnr it remained wait listed no 19 after charting.
I predicted this confidently because I do bookings in 2155 on regularly basis and having idea that up to which wait list it gets confirmed or becomes RAC.
I also avoid single word saying no chance or it will not confirm.

If we direct say NO CHANCE then the blogger may loose heart & may cancel the ticket although high wait list also gets confirmed some time & low wait list remain in wait list some time.
So if we say NO CHANCE & 100 % CONFIRMATION CHANCE then blogger may loose his/her heart or...

may be in over confidence. So the purpose of prediction will not be served.
With NO CHANCE he/she might cancel his/her tickets assuming our prediction as final one while it may get confirmed on charting.
With 100 % CONFIRM CHANCE he/she may be in overconfidence and may not arrange for alternate options while there is little chance of remaining it in wait list.
For Example Check one of my PNR booked recently 814-1870901. I booked this ticket at wait list status no 3, 4 & 5 & I was quite confident about its confirmation because it was wait listed in General Wait List but on charting it remained at wait list no 2, 3 & 4.
Hence always take care while predicting the chances, never say 100 % to anyone because we are not having any guarantee regarding confirmation or non confirmation from railway.
