It's average speed is already 54kmph in both direction, a slight speed up will result in it being a SF
Yup that's right before it was SF but later degraded as Express category but it run as unofficial SF train you can see the TT of this from Howrah until BZA it have good aggressive TT but problem is Castle rock Kulem section have steep gradients on braganza ghats where PSR is 18kmph which makes it loose it's AVG speed and also between Londa Jn Guntur their are some single line sections right now Londa to hospet doubling going on once complete Vasco Guntakal doubling hope it can be seen in its old SF avatar again
Some months back I checked it's avg speed above 55kmph but it was Mail/Exp. If you calculate it's AVG speed from End to end it comes around 56kmph I think..
One of the fastest Non Premier category train in HWH BZA and BZA HWH stertch.
Fastest on GTL LD stretch and LD VSG stretch too.
But still can't clock 55 kph end to end due to Braganza Ghats and single line territory from GNT to GTL and HPT Vasco.
