This is probably just a prototype and not the final product. According to the attached video, which is a presentation about the Train-18, the bogies being used for the train are different from the standard LHB bogies.
Notice that in the presentation, the disc brake for each wheel has been moved onto the wheel itself. instead of having a separate disc on the axle. So, the Train 18 coach will have a visible brake arrangement on the wheels. Also, all coaches will have a pneumatic secondary stage suspension.

The coach in the pic however has the standard LHB bogie with spring suspension and no change in the brake arrangement. Also, it doesn't appear to have automatic sliding doors as it is supposed to.
