Hi I have booked a 3AC Tatkal ticket today for #17016-Vishaka Express from SC to NWP. The booking CKWL is 6, 7. If the ticket does not confirm, how much of amount would be returned back? I hear as we would get only 25% is that true

IRI follows a different policy for marking the final stamps. Kindly keep both the issues separate.
Till the new tatkal rules came into effect, cancellation of partially waitlisted tatkal tickets had the same cancellation procedure as that to the partially waitlisted/RAC general tickets.
In both the cases, cancellation charges was levied against the lowest status as in an entire ticket.
