Mono rail is a big flop all over the world. Our illiterate minister don't do homework , they only know 2 things one is metro and other mono rail, now someone has filled their brains with hyperloop. Metro is good for high density crowd and they should understand that light railway and trams is doing wonders all over world with less cost and more crowd carrying capacity. so instead of mono rail , light railway is very successful option.
